Steel pattern plate, ramp tested and classified R12. Only one class sits above it.
What R12 means
Slip resistance is measured by walking on it. An operator in standard boots walks a ramp coated in oil while the ramp is tilted further and further, until they lose their footing. The angle at which they go is the result. This plate held to 30 degrees.

Most industrial flooring is specified at R10 or R11. R12 is the band asked for where oil and water are on the floor as a matter of course.
