03 — Services

Supply is where it starts.

Our teams are active in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, covering newbuild programmes, dry-docking and afloat repair.

Supply

Engineering

Design and detailing of hull fittings and equipment packages to class rules and to yard-specific drawings and specifications.

Fabrication

Fabrication in steel, stainless steel and aluminium to our drawings, with unit certificates raised to the class each project requires.

Commissioning

Inspection, calibration, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of tank gauging equipment, valve remote control and fixed gas sampling systems.

Service

Aftermarket spares and scheduled servicing for supplied equipment throughout its working life.

Repair, refurbishment & project management

Repair

Marine window and door repair, electro-hydraulic watertight sliding doors, hydraulic hatches and roller shutters — plus MTU and Detroit Diesel engine troubleshooting and controllable pitch propeller servicing.

Refurbishment

On-board dismantling, blasting and painting of existing door structures and replacement of worn seals, restoring doors to their original form.

Project Management

End-to-end management of outfitting and equipment packages — scheduling, class liaison, site supervision and handover documentation.
